The Super Awesome and Super Portable Mini Biomat

Hi sweet blog followers!

I know it has been a while since I have written a post. I have been studying hard for my awesome Wellness Coaching course and we popped over to lovely Stockholm for a while too.
I had been feeling a little under the weather before we left, possibly a little stress that I allowed to affect me physically. Luckily I have quite a few things under my belt to be able to deal with it all in loving ways. How do I do that you ask? Well, first, my diet stays super clean..always, second I use a few essential oils when needed, and third, I make sure I have quality time on the amazing Biomat. When we flew to Stockholm we decided not to take the Biomat Pro with us, weighing in at 13kgs that sure seemed like a good idea.  So we needed a more portable and travel friendly Biomat....and beautiful souls let me introduce you to the wonderful Mini Biomat!
The mini is a lot lighter than the pro, weighing just under 5 kgs. In addition to natures beautiful Amethyst, the mini also has precious tourmaline and just like in the Pro you can see the crystals in alternating rows. Black Tourmaline is amazing for grounding and transmuting negative energy into positive energy. You can read more on the physical and emotional healing and uses of tourmaline HERE and the science behind using it in the Biomat HERE.  I love the Mini because it is the only Biomat that can be placed on a chair (great if you are sitting at a desk for long hours) and even used in the car (super for those of you that drive for many hours at a time). It is so easy to transport and also can be taken as a carry on (it is great for jet lag too). When you do not want to lay or sit on the Mini Biomat you can simply place it over your belly, legs, knees, shoulders and target any areas where you feel you need to. So easy to receive the healing benefits while getting on with your daily life. It works on so many levels and many people have noticed very unusual but welcomed benefits just after one short session. And you can guarantee that it is healing areas you might not necessarily be aware of straight away.
In my eyes it is like my own personal way of connecting to source or the universe on a deeper level.
We use the mini everyday, either when I am studying or Fredrik is drawing, and we love it.

Well we got ourselves the Quantum Energy pad and we couldn't be more happier with it! It's sooooo comfortable :) makes a huge difference especially when sleeping on it all night. What is Quantum Energy?

The word “quantum” was derived from “quantity”, meaning an amount which has been used as “energy for mass generation.” This theory was first used in the name of “Quantum Energy” by a German physicist, Max Born (1882-1970).
Dr. Albert Szent-Györgyi, who won the Nobel Prize for extracting vitamin C in 1937, identified that a living cell took on an electric field and that quantum energy had an influence on the electric field of a cell. A healthy cell takes on negative electricity. Common cells function normally when the voltage is less than -15mv and problems begin to arise when the voltage of a cell is more than -15mv. Particularly, the average voltage of a nerve cell is -70mv, but when it experiences pain, the voltage of the nerve cell generates +30mv. Amethyst Biomat Love!

I am sooooo blessed to be able to have bought the amazing healing tool that is the Amethyst Biomat and to add it to my awesome health and wellness regime. I love it so so much that I am also a distributor now too (info on how you can order from me at the end of this post or go to SACREDBIOMAT). Once I complete my Wellness Coach course I will be offering Biomat sessions as part of my practice.
Fredrik and I use it daily and we love it! We lay on it for about 30-40 minutes (sometimes more) and instantly feel the benefits. We get a super boost to our energy, it totally calms us and I have noticed amazing healing benefits since my surgery too. Here is some info from the Richway site (anything in italic are my extra comments ;) ) :

The Biomat is medically approved by the FDA and has been shown to heal many different diseases. It has been used for Lyme's disease, fibromyalgia, insomnia, arthritis, stress, autism, MS, high blood pressure, cancer, diabetes, ADHD, depression, anxiety, neuropathy, to improve circulation and reduce toxicity.  And these are just a few of the of the documented uses of the mat. Much cheaper than going for regular infrared sauna sessions or installing your own sauna at home. Make sure to drink plenty of water before and after a session, add some lemon too for extra benefits :)

I have personally found that the Biomat has so many benefits not just physically but spiritually too.
